Reconciliation Industries
Reconciliation Industries was created to provide job readiness training
and an opportunity for residents in the men’s and women’s programs
to learn job skills, and instill a positive and productive work ethic. The
income from the various industries helps defer the cost of running
the programs. The goal of this program is to train, motivate
and employ the homeless, the addicted and the ex-offender and in
doing so transform poverty into productivity.
